I recently hired Ross Brothers to renovate my Kitchen in my Condo in Dania Beach. I had just moved down to Florida from New Jersey and I felt like a fish out of water since I did not know who to call or where to get a referral from. I have heard too many horror stories about contractors supplying poor work and customer service.I used common sense and went to the BBB Website. I am so glad I did since I found Ross Brothers there. I called to make an appointment for an estimate. A Gentlemen named Jason came to my Condo on time and looked and acted very professional. We spoke for a while about my budget and ideas. After listening to me and keeping my requests in mind Jason came up with a fantastic plan. He explained everything in detail and with words that were easy to understand. He told me he would write up an estimate and get back to me in a day or two. The next day he came through as he stated and E-mailed me an estimate keeping my budget in mind. Very reasonable and he did not use up my whole budget like I asked. Every worker he sent were courteous, professional, did a perfect job and cleaned up at the end of every day.My kitchen looks amazing and functions great. I am a Personal Chef and the kitchen is the most important room in my Condo. I love it. Perfect. Not one complaint or after thought.I am genuinely very happy with Jason and Ross Brothers and would recommend them to anyone for any work that needed to be done. Facing the prospect of starting by myself a major renovation project was not an easy thing to undertake but I was lucky enough to be introduced to Ross Brothers and from start to finish it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Right off they understood the scope of what I wanted to have done - and more importantly they knew what needed to be done - especially in regard with ADA guidelines - and throughout the entire project their suggestions enhanced and made everything so much better than I ever thought it could ever be. Their approach to running the project is a team effort - not just one person knowing how the project was to be - but everyone from RBs staff to the highly skilled subcontractors - knew what the project was all about and how it had to be. I didn't have to worry about anything because they handled for me and with me everything from architectural planning, condo approvals, city approvals, permits, inspections, supply selections, deliveries, installations, ceilings, walls, floors, plumbing, tiles, lighting, windows, doors, painting, clean ups and anything else you can imagine! There was always someone available to answer any questions or concerns I had as the project moved along. Everyone involved went above and beyond what I expected a contractor and client experience would be - their aim is perfection and they won't say the project is completed until it is exactly that - and they also let you know even when the project is completed - they are still there for you whenever a need might arise - they really stand behind their work and also their subcontractors. Small job wth great expectations which were fulfilled with Ross Brothers. Make a dingy laundry room open, inviting, pleasant to come and go through as our main portal of entry... and functional. Ross Brothers took our ideas and created a space that we love. Open and clean, fabulous to look at and work in. There is now more storage than there was yet the room seems larger. ..... and the 9 foot doors give us a 'lift'.All finishing cabinetry, installation, electrical, plumbing, stone and detail coordinated by Ross Brothers and completed by Scott and Derek, Diana and Doug. Daily communications via emails, texts and many phone calls..... when I stained the stone cabinet they even came back and refinished it! This being my first remodel of any sort, I chose Ross Brothers based on Better Business Bureau reviews, along with other reviews on their web site. The project was a complete condo remodel-plumbing, electrical,, new wallboard, molding, doors, ceiling fans, lighting, painting, and all new A/C and appliance installation. Ross Brothers handled everything from start to finish. Jason Cabral and Bill Rodman were very professional and courteous. They kept me informed of the project's progress and their advice and suggestions regarding various details were appreciated and the completed condo reflects their expertise. I really appreciate Bill's tackling the city permitting process when the code inspectors began to drag their feet. All in all, I am completely satisfied and recommend their services to anyone considering a remodel, no matter how small or large.read more

I highly recommend Ross Brothers as a contractor for residential work. While there were some unforeseen issues that we encountered during our job, the difference between Ross Brothers and other contractors is the way Ross Brothers handled the issues that arose and our overall project. I have never met a more dedicated and professional team than Ross Brothers! We never had to worry about projects getting completed. Our project manager, Bill, took care of everything for us. Our house is approximately 2600 sqft. The scope of work included install of new tile downstairs, vinyl planking upstairs, remodeling a staircase, new kitchen install, removal of a load bearing wall to make an open floor plan, and other small jobs along the way. After meeting with Jay who provided a detailed outline scope of work (much more detailed than other contract quotes we received) we met our project manager Bill Rodman. Ross Brothers was very upfront about any problems they encountered as well as any mistakes made on their part, and always offered reasonable solutions immediately. The company was always understanding of our needs, both aesthetic- and budget-wise. They let us know up front that their prices may not be the cheapest around, but the work would be done correctly. We wholeheartedly agree – we feel completely comfortable and secure with the quality of their work.Bill was highly involved with our project and since both my partner and I work during the day, every evening (and even throughout the day) Bill would update us with pictures and a timeline of events that took place at our house. Ross Brothers was very accommodating. For example, we repainted the entire house. However, after painting was completed, other work was still in progress. If there were nicks, scratches, or scuffs to the wall after a project finished, they would come back and touch up those areas. They did their best to make sure the house was in perfect condition before they left. Bill and his team at Ross Brothers made the work of remodeling an entire house much less daunting than we were afraid it would be. They thoroughly explained all the details of each job as it began, have us daily updates and timelines of progression, and overall made us feel comfortable and content as they came and went from our home. Every member of the team was pleasant and answered all our questions whether Bill was present or not. Bill even went out of his way to talk with one of our neighbors who was unhappy with the noise one day at our house. We had Ross Brothers replace our roof 3 years ago. After a really hard rain storm this year (2018) we had a leak in the living room. Called them and after a couple of days of going back and forth Mr Tony Imparato took over the file and had their roofer come to our home and seal our skylights. Hopefully this corrected the problem. James was my first point of contact. This man is amazing and super knowledgable about insurance and how the rebuild works. Our kitchen was totally gutted due to storms, water/mold, and roof damage. Ross Brothers came in took over all the measuring assessing the rebuild from drywall to outside roof damage. The insurance sent a small check that would not even cover completing the kitchen. This is the contracting company you want to use! Especially for insurance claims. My claim was over a year old and had been closed by my insurance company before I ever had the chance to make repairs. James, got my claim re-opened. Was able to put such a wonderful detailed estimate together, my insurance company approved everything! Because of James we are finally able to get repairs done to our home. I used Ross Brothers after my entire first floor flooded due to a break in water pipe. I needed the dry wall and knockdown ceiling repair work due to plumbing work, baseboard throughout the entire first floor, new tiles, new paint. After negotiating the contract, Ross Brothers introduced me to their contractor Alex Garcia and his team. Work began and this work took two weeks to complete .but before the work began, Alex came to my home to review the work along with his team. He made the recommendations and suggestions to improve the work and work flow. During the work, he stopped by my house every other day to check how the work was progressing. He called me and texted me when needed throughout the process. Alex was very prompt with his timing with my limited availability due to work timing. This whole process was done and according to my need. Alex did a tremendous job of managing this project and keeping me informed. I received quotes from several companies in the Dania beach area and ended up choosing Ross Brothers for my kitchen remodel. I couldn't have made a better choice! The whole process was very transparent and communication between me and the project manager, Alex, was superb. He always answered my phone calls and questions, and kept the work on schedule. We ran into some issues with construction, but Alex already had several alternatives to discuss with me. Overall the construction was within a reasonable time frame considering the hiccups we found once we took down some walls. Our home suffered a major loss due to a ruptured plumbing joint behind a wall which ran for hours before it was discovered. While the house was being dried out we were introduced to Jason and thus our relationship with Ross Brothers began. To make a long story short, Ross Brothers successfully negotiated with our insurance company to get the funds required to do restore our home. I recently had significant water damage to my home. CPR did a spectacular job with the cleanup, water removal, and took appropriate steps to limit my loss.Then, I met with Ross Brothers to discuss repairs. I expected that I would do the minimum, cheapest, fastest repairs needed to rectify the situation. However, what Ross Brothers delivered was a modern, stunning, impeccable kitchen, new floors and refurbished social area that has reduced maintenance, improved accessibility and lighting. My home now rivals and surpasses any recent remodel completed in other homes in the area. This was completed on a tight budget, significantly ahead of schedule. It was also accomplished with a couple of meetings at my home, a few phone calls and texts. No nightmare renovation stories here. My first meeting was with James, from the insurance department and Director/General Contractor Jason. I am disabled due to Multiple Sclerosis and have limited mobility, energy, dexterity and resources. I had a sense of dread regarding what I was facing. James and Jason did a very detailed assessment of the damage and to my amazement, negotiated a very fair price with the insurance company to replace every little thing that was damaged.Jason provided me with creative, affordable solutions for repairs, but also upgrades that I wanted. Some of these were meant to improve the aesthetics and resale value of the home. Additionally, Jason was very mindful of the accessibility barriers I faced. He made the process very easy for me and was very accommodating. He also suggested simple solutions to remove barriers in my home: eliminate thresholds, widen spaces, improve lighting and reduce maintenance. I expect these improvements will allow me to remain in my home much longer than I originally anticipated. This attention to detail sets Ross Brothers apart. Every outlet, plug, switch or handle was assessed. Improvements are recommended for use today, but with an eye to the future.David, Anderson and the entire crew working on my home were extremely professional, mindful of securing and protecting my property and had a work ethic that is beyond reproach. As of this writing, four neighbors have contacted me to commend them on their courteous behavior, cleanliness and work ethic. My home is like new, is modern, yet beautiful and timeless. Future owners and I can enjoy the beauty and age in place with significantly reduced remodel costs if they ever decide to make changes. After experiencing a year-long nightmare with an unscrupulous contractor, Ross Brothers came to my rescue and did an amazing job on totally remodeling my condo. From beginning to end, I was impressed at every step in their process by their professionalism, outstanding customer service, and commitment to the highest quality craftsmanship. Jason took the lead in negotiating the contract and did so in a very transparent, very comprehensive, and very detailed manner. As a first step, he and Alex, who served as my Project Manager, walked through my entire unit and went over every detail of the project with me, listening carefully to what I wanted done, and giving me invaluable design and functional advice along the way. When I signed the contract, I knew exactly what I was buying, and I have to say, there were no “additional expense” surprises as the project unfolded! We had to have repairs done to our home that were the result of a water leak. Five stars! Ross Brothers stepped up to do some major reconstruction after we had water damage due to a hurricane. Because of floor and cabinet damage, we ended up re-doing the floors in the house but also knocking down a wall and doubling the size of our kitchen. As with any large-scale remodel, there were some bumps along the way, but we were always able to bring up any concerns and these were always addressed immediately and with courtesy. Our home suffered a pipe leak that caused serious damage to the first floor. We needed mold remediation, new kitchen walls, new cabinets, and new floors. We received multiple bids from many different companies around South Florida, but could not locate one that could do the entire job. It became clear that it would be a nightmare coordinating among the different companies for different portions of the job. Ross Brothers was the only company that was both responsive and could do the entire job. Jason Cabral helped us work out a plan that would fit within our budget, and although it was about 10K more than other bids, we decided to choose Ross Brothers due to their ability complete the entire job, and their stellar reputation.Overall, we are happy with the end result. Ross Brothers really will go the extra mile, within reason, to make sure you are a happy customer. Alex Garcia was a tremendous asset to the project and helped keep things on track and made sure that all of our requests were being met. We stayed in our home during the renovation and witnessed the work first hand each day. Alex and Jason deserve to be commended for keeping things running as smoothly as possible. That doesn’t mean there weren’t some problems along the way. Ross Brothers employs outside contractors to perform some of the work, and sometimes those contractors would have to be recalled multiple times to get the job done correctly. It also seemed like one contractor was not aware about the other contractors and work would be performed that would cause setbacks for the next contractor. However, Alex was on top of this and made sure that thinks kept moving despite any minor setbacks.The end result was just as we expected, and I would highly recommend Ross Brothers to anyone requiring a major renovation project for their home. I was referred to Jason from Ross Brothers by a coworker that heard me complaining about the remediation company that my insurance company assigned to me after water damage occurred in my home. She had nothing but great things to say about him. After working with Jason, I wish that I had used Ross Brothers from the beginning of my claim. I used them for just the mold remediation portion and they were absolutely amazing! Ross Brothers just completed several projects on my 4700 sq. ft. home. For me to express and list the above and beyond level of service, expertise, thoroughness, communication, concern for the clients needs and wants would be several pages long. In an effort to condense what Ross Brothers did for me: I am a perfectionist and Ross Brothers understood that from me since day one. Every worker in my home paid close attention to the smallest of detail in order to make sure everything they touched and worked on was not stated as completed until it was not only perfect to them but perfect in my eyes as well. Every person they sent to my home was respectful, clean, and thorough.
